Oregon Knife Show Display Award Knives 2025

The awards given to the winners of the Display tables at the 2025 April show are custom made Chef knives. The blades are hand forged San mai by Murray Carter and will be embellished by select custom knife makers in our club.The display award knives are special awards given for the best displays at the Oregon Knife Show.
